If your repair is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, there will be no charge for the covered parts, labor and travel expenses. If it is determined by Cecilware’s technical support staff, that the equipment is out of warranty, Cecilware could recommend a service company for your consideration and to contact.
In the event Cecilware dispatches a service company to repair the equipment and the repair is not covered by the warranty, you will be held responsible for all charges incurred by the service company. Should you choose to have the repair performed, the charge will include the cost of labor, parts and travel expenses however, the initial service call charge of $95 will be waved. Should you choose not to have the equipment repaired, a $95 surcharge will be billed to your credit card. The failure to pay the bill will void the warranty for that piece of equipment.

You will also receive, via email, a credit card authorization form which needs to be filled out and faxed back to Cecilware before service could be dispatched to your location.
